We ship from the United States to customers worldwide.
Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, handling times may be slightly longer. Customers will be notified if additional time is required.

Taxes, Duties & Customs
Customs policies and import regulations vary by country. All taxes, VAT, duties, brokerage fees, and tariffs imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If a package is returned due to unpaid customs/tariff charges, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. The carrier will contact customs to pay the customs/tariff charges.
Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or carrier issues. Reshipment fees may apply for returned packages.
Return & Exchange & Resize Policy
We stand behind the quality of every piece. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us within the timelines below.
1) Wrong or Damaged Item (7-Day Guarantee)
If you receive the wrong item or the item arrives damaged/defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos as evidence. We will provide one of the following at your choice:
- Full refund including original shipping and any tax you paid, OR
- Free exchange with replacement shipped at no cost to you.
2) 14-Day Return - For Any Reason
We are proud to offer a 14-day return window, even though each piece is thoughtfully hand-selected and carefully handcrafted to your wrist size. While made-to-order items are typically not eligible for returns, we are happy to extend this flexibility to ensure your confidence in every purchase.
If you change your mind for any reason, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note the following:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable import duties or taxes incurred during return transit.
- The customer is responsible for the original outbound shipping cost (from VelarVibe to the customer).
- As each bracelet is individually handcrafted and made to order, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted to help cover the time, care, and handling involved in craftsmanship and reconditioning.
- Once the returned item is received and carefully inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund amount:
The refund will equal the amount paid minus the original outbound shipping cost, return shipping cost, and the 10% restocking fee.
Important Notes
- Items must be returned in unused, unworn condition with all original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed after safe return and inspection of the item.
- Return requests filed after the time windows above may not be accepted.
3) 14-Day Resize (First Resize Complimentary)
We understand that achieving the perfect fit is important. If your bracelet needs resizing, you may request a resize within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please note the following:

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to resizing, including:
- Shipping the bracelet back to VelarVibe, and
- Shipping the resized bracelet from VelarVibe back to the customer.
- The first resize per bracelet is complimentary. No resizing or craftsmanship fee will be charged for the first adjustment.
- Resize requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Each resized piece is handled with the same level of care and attention as the original creation.
