Shipping Policy

We ship from the United States to customers worldwide. Please refer to your region or country section for detailed shipping information.

Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, handling times may be slightly longer. Customers will be notified if additional time is required.
Upon receiving your order, we begin hand-crafting the bracelet and performing a careful cleansing and quality-check process. This 2–4 business-day handling time reflects the dedicated manual work and attention we put into each piece.

Shipping days

We ship orders during our regular business hours—Monday to Friday 10:00 AM–5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–12:00 PM—except on U.S. federal holidays, since most carriers are not open on Saturday afternoons and Sundays.

Shipping Insurance

For the safety and protection of your order, we purchase additional shipping insurance for all domestic and international shipments at no extra cost to you. This insurance helps safeguard packages against loss, damage, or unexpected transit issues. In the rare event that a claim is required, the insurance allows the resolution process to be faster and smoother, helping us provide replacements or refunds more efficiently. Our goal is to ensure every order arrives securely and to give our customers added peace of mind throughout the delivery process.

International Shipping

 

VAT (sales Tax) and Import Duties 

For international orders, we ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) whenever possible. This means your payment is intended to already include applicable VAT, taxes, and import duties so that no additional charges are normally required upon delivery. We coordinate with the carrier to handle import clearance in your destination country, and in most cases the only action required upon delivery is your signature.

The product prices may vary by country or region to reflect local tax regulations. Any taxes collected are reported and remitted by us to the appropriate authorities. 

While we clearly mark shipments as DDP, in rare situations a carrier or local customs office may not properly recognize the prepaid duties, and the recipient may receive a payment notice. If this happens, please contact us immediately and we will take care of the payment. If you have already paid the charges, we will fully reimburse you via a partial refund once a valid receipt or proof of payment is provided. We kindly ask that you do not decline the payment request or refuse the package, as this may cause delays, returns, or additional fees.

 

Shipping Signature Requirement 

For international orders, to ensure packages are delivered to the correct recipient and to minimize delivery disputes or loss, a signature will required upon delivery for all orders. Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the package. This helps us protect both our customers and our shipments and ensures a secure delivery experience.
